The Cro-Magnum
Take a 2006 Dodge Magnum and add 25 1950's car parts to it and what do you get? The "Cro-Magnum!" It was started in March of 2009 and will be finished in the spring of 2010. It is really cool and will be entered into several of the most important auto shows. This car is featured in the promo and the build will be featured in the season 1 series.

The Marquis Desoto
Winner of the 2009 New York Times Award for Collectible Car of the Year. This started out as a 2004 Mercury Marquis. Steve customized it using 22 1950's car parts and it was later purchased by a collector  who lives in California. The car will be in the Grand National Roadster Show this January, 2010 in Pomona, California and will also be at the Sacramento Auto-Rama in February, 2010. It will be featured in season 1 of the show.

If there is one car on the planet that means more to Steve than anything else, it's his 1959 Cadillac. Everything he designs starts here at ground zero. Big fins, big chrome with flames, and pinstripes. He has restored it twice and owned it for over thirty years. It is for sale but he hopes he will never have to part with it. It shoots flames out the side-pipes and even has a Flux Capacitor. This car attracts attention where ever it goes. People just love it because it makes you smile. Must be those pink flames! As Steve likes to say, "Hey - REAL men can do pink."

I think this is one of the coolest creations from Steve. The Bubble Car started out as a 1948 Plymouth  4-door sedan and essentially the rear fender was cut into the front fender. Incidentally, the roof from the 48' Plymouth was used to create one of Steve's larger rocketships  the Roswell Voyager.

Steve raced this car at the 2009 Kingston Soap Box Derby. It's got big 1958 Cadillac fins and 3 foot flames that shoot out from the rear of the rocket engine - typical Steve Heller trademarks. The 1958 Cadillac front bumper is turned vertically. It will be featured in season one of the show.

Would you expect anything else? Dagmars, bullet grill and flames! Makes you want to go to work, right?
