NYU film school grad, Aaron Weisblatt’s first documentary was nominated for an Academy Award for Short Subject Documentary. The film entitled Sam, also premiered on National Geographic’s EXPLORER series and on the UK’s Channel Four.
His first feature documentary, Between Two Worlds has been honored at numerous film festivals where it has garnered multiple Best Documentary Awards.
He co-produced the critically acclaimed documentary Feast of Death for the BBC about the bestselling author, James Ellroy and was a cameraman on A&E’s series Tattoo Highway. He also was an editor on The History Channel’s series WWII in HD.
Working through his company, Cinetrope Entertainment, Mr. Weisblatt has created four documentary/reality series promos and written and directed short narrative films, promos, industrials and music videos.
