JANUARY 11THOUTSTANDING! The quality is fabulous and the work of course is great! Great job! And keep us posted on your on-going success!!!This is fantastic. Is there a pilot episode or bible that can be used for solicitations. I'm know we could get it to the right folks at A&E and probably a bunch of other places. Also, if Aaron needs any crew help, he should let me know what he needs and I can post a crew call for him. Since Olivebridge has become a film mecca, there are probably lot's of people willing to work on what promises to be a great series. Have you thought about getting Bread Alone to underwrite it (do they have that kind of power). You could start each workday at Bread Alone and get that whole cast of characters in the loop. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------JANUARY 10TH"So so so incredibly cool - loved the promo video -- absolutely amazing! Crazy. Insane. Creative. And did I mention amazing :) ""Very Very Cool ... hope your dreams come true. Love the car and the idea of the next one. You can be UCC (Ulster Couty Cars) lol. Good luck at the show !"Looking forward to watching this series. This guy and his ideas are pure genius, original and from a perspective that gives the average viewer a sense of connection to him. Dreaming for the average person means just that, it's just a dream. But this guy, he dreamed and documented it. Believe and anything can happen. Great inspiration!Great stuff! Keep us posted on when the documentary airs!best, CharlesSteve, it's great and so are you."Amazing Aaron! enjoyed it real people doing what they have a passion for"This is an amazing video. It really captures Steve\'s personality and talent. I hope to see it on a 60 minutes magazine-type spot. I think the general public would be interested. I clicked on because I love Steve and Martha, but the idea has such appeal. It is re-cycling at its zenith.Just saw it on Martha's facebook. Love it! We both loved it. Can't wait to see the show! A&DI've emailed with Aaron over the years. He moved back from California last year. The promo looks good. When can we start seeing you on a weekly TV show? That’s gonna be a GREAT series you two & Aaron are putting together !It’s made for the Speed Channel.I have to tell you … I feel very lucky to have the Marquis DeSoto! Oh my gosh ! I can’t tell you how fun that was ! I am still giggling just sittinghere by myself. I had an ear-to-ear grin the whole way through it.UN – Believe – Able !Yes … you are a custom car builder … that who you are … really … too much!I loved that video. I can now see how much fun you’ll be having at GNRS.It's great! Is the show definitely a go, or is it still being shopped? Happy New Year to you and the Boss.I could watch this for days...Just got back and viewed the video. Very well done. A humorous, light touch to the project, and still tries to "sell", but w/o a "hard sell". Looks awesome – I’m very excited about the newest car – the sporty little fin.I’d like a little more history of how you got into Fab in the first place, but that’s just me.NICE! It makes me want to see more of Steve! Well done..I think it's great, your designs & concept to make the coolest era of american car design w/ safe new technology makes George Barris & Gene Winfield wanna be you!!!and I bet they can't wear PINK and still be tough.Build it and people will buy! Never wear Hawaiian shirts! They do not "assessorize," never have never will.Video, nice, low key, no OCC crap. Cannot believe they fooled so many (actually a few, that is cable) for so long.Charles Manson, Richard Nixon and Bernie Madeoff are famous. keep cruisinyour stuff is definately creative, and original. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!I watched this with a HUGE grin on my face. most excellent.2 ideas: when you say you won that NYTimes contest I wanted to see that article, and maybe some of the awesome cars you were up against, for context, and to drive home what a big win that was.and second, I crave seeing your cars in action more, zipping past all the ugly boringmodern looking cars, again, for context, since your car would look so fabulous next to dopey new cars.oh, one more thing, I wanted to see the evolution from your car and rocket lamps furniture etc to your cars....WOW STEVIE HOT HOT STUFFThe promo looks great. Nice job on that! This is a good story that has all the elements needed for a good show. Regardless if it gets picked up by a network right away, the filming of Steve in Cali will be real exciting for sure.
Watching the four-minute video made me yearn to see much, much more. The cars are flat-out wonderful, as naturally they would be. Beyond that, it would be so nice to see a car/bike series that *didn't* involve a barn full of sociopaths screaming at each other. I sure do hope the show happens!
There's this terrific station we watch all the time. It's the Green station and it only shows stations that are "Green" and use recycled things like Steve does, wood, cars, etc. He should be on that station because all the shows are about creative and innovative people and ideas to save this planet. Love what you do.
Keeping my fingers and toes crossed. This is exciting
Wow! so exciting! brilliant ~ love love love to you!!
Steve, after I showed the web site to Mike Williams he e-mailed me that you signed his yearbook (1961) "To a fellow rod & custom builder" Even then you knew.Good luck at Pamona.Bob Michele
